1. General Refund Rules

In most cases, the fee you pay for our services is non-refundable and not exchangeable. This rule applies unless the policy below states otherwise or if the law requires a refund.

2. Money Back Guarantee Conditions

We offer a voluntary refund option if you do not get the expected results with our personalized zodiac report and guidance, and if you meet all the following conditions:

• Contact Us Quickly: You must reach out to our support team within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Follow the Guidance: You need to follow our personalized zodiac report and guidance steps for at least 14 consecutive days within the first 30 days.
• Provide Evidence: You must prove that you have followed the guidance. This is done by sending screenshots, photos, or videos through our Support Center that clearly show you have completed at least 20% of the steps exactly as they are described in the guide.

3. How to Submit Evidence

To demonstrate that you have followed our guidance, please send us evidence via email to support@nsoromma.com.ng. Acceptable proof includes screenshots, photos, or videos that show you have completed a minimum of 20% of the steps outlined in your personalized guide consecutively and in full according to the instructions.

4. Exclusions

Please note that the refund under our Money Back Guarantee only applies if the conditions above are fully met. This guarantee does not cover situations such as:

• If you feel you do not have enough time to complete the steps.
• If you believe you or your partner might not like the suggested steps.
